Refund Policy – Founding Sponsors

This Refund Policy is part of the Web Agents Stack Terms of Sale. It applies to Founding Verified ($29), Founding Category Pack ($179) and Founding Homepage Pack ($449) purchases from PuraEco TR Events LLC, a United States limited liability company.

1. Launch guarantee: automatic full refund

Our planned launch date is October 30, 2026. If Web Agents Stack is not live by November 19, 2026, we refund 100% of every founding payment automatically. You do not need to ask, and we will not ask why.

“Live” means the directory is publicly available at webagentstack.dev with its four launch categories and sponsored placements displayed.

2. Changed your mind? Full refund before launch

At any time before launch, email us and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

If you bought a Category Pack for a category that opens later (Web-data and crawl APIs, Proxies, Computer use), you can ask for a full refund at any time before that category goes live. If it has not gone live by July 31, 2027, we refund you in full automatically.

After launch, or after your category goes live, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available because your placement is running. The other guarantees in this policy still apply.

3. Declined listing: full refund

We review every sponsor before publishing. If we decline your listing under our sponsor content guidelines, we refund you in full.

4. Removed placement or shutdown: pro rata refund

If we shut down Web Agents Stack during your 6-month term, or remove your published placement, we refund the unused full months of your term pro rata. For example, a Category Pack with 2 unused months is refunded 2 × ($179 ÷ 6) = $59.67.
For Founding Verified, if we shut down within 6 months of your purchase, we refund it pro rata over 6 months.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@webagentstack.dev with the subject “Refund”, from the address you used at checkout or with your Stripe receipt number. We confirm within 2 business days and issue the refund through Stripe within 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Automatic refunds (the launch guarantee and late categories) are issued within 5 business days after the deadline, and we email you when they are sent.

We refund the full amount you paid in US dollars, without deducting payment processing fees. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences applied by your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback; a refund through us is faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause the related placement while it is reviewed. Once a refund has been issued, the related placement ends.

7. No automatic renewal

Founding Slots are one-time payments. You will never be charged again without making a new purchase.
