Terms of Sale – Founding Sponsors

1. Who we are

Web Agents Stack (webagentstack.dev, @webagentstack on X) is a directory of tools for building web and browser AI agents. It is operated by PuraEco TR Events LLC, a United States limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “PuraEco”). You can reach us at info@webagentstack.dev.

These Terms apply to every purchase of a Founding Sponsor product (“Founding Slot”). By paying, you (the “Sponsor”) accept these Terms and our Refund Policy, which forms part of them.

2. Business customers only

Founding Slots are sold only to businesses and professionals, such as tool makers, startups and agencies, for business purposes. By buying, you confirm that you are acting for a business and are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. What you buy

All prices are in US dollars and charged once, through Stripe. There is no automatic renewal.

  • Founding Verified – $29, one-time. A review of your listing (we aim to complete it within 48 hours; for purchases made before launch, counted from launch day), a “Verified” badge, a lifetime “Founding sponsor” badge, and your link marked rel="sponsored". No fixed term. Unlimited availability.
  • Founding Category Pack – $179 for 6 months, prepaid. One of the two sponsored placements at the top of one category page and that category’s alternatives pages, the Verified review, and a lifetime “Founding sponsor” badge. Limited to 2 per category.
  • Founding Homepage Pack – $449 for 6 months, prepaid. A placement in the homepage sponsor strip, a featured placement in 3 categories of your choice (they must be relevant to your tool), the Verified review, and a lifetime “Founding sponsor” badge. Limited to 6 in total.

The two sponsored placements in a category are shown with equal prominence, and their order may rotate. Homepage Pack category features are separate from the two Category Pack placements.

“Lifetime” means for as long as Web Agents Stack operates and your tool remains listed. It does not include a sponsored placement after your term ends. At the end of a 6-month term you may renew at the regular price, or not.

Founding prices are available until January 19, 2027, or earlier if slots sell out.

What sponsorship does not buy

Every paid placement is labeled “Sponsored”. Organic rankings, data, reviews and comparisons are the same for everyone and are never for sale. We have not launched yet, and we do not guarantee any traffic, clicks, leads or sales.

4. Delivery timeline

  • Launch: planned for October 30, 2026. “Launch” or “live” means the directory is publicly available at webagentstack.dev with its four launch categories and sponsored placements displayed.
  • Start of your term: 6-month terms start on launch day, or on the day you pay if that is later.
  • Categories opening later (Web-data and crawl APIs, Proxies, Computer use): a Category Pack bought for one of these starts on the day that category goes live. If it has not gone live by July 31, 2027, we refund you in full automatically.
  • Your materials: please send your logo, tool name, short description and link. If you have not sent them by the start of your term, we may publish your placement using your public information.

5. If launch is delayed or cancelled

If Web Agents Stack is not live by November 19, 2026, we refund 100% of every Founding Slot payment automatically. You do not need to ask, and we will not ask why. If we cancel the project before launch, we refund everyone in full at that time.

If we shut down Web Agents Stack during your term, we refund the unused full months of your term pro rata. For Founding Verified, if we shut down within 6 months of your purchase, we refund it pro rata over 6 months.

6. Sponsor content guidelines

We review every sponsor before publishing. Your tool and materials must be accurate, lawful and relevant to building web or browser agents. We may decline or remove sponsored content that:

  • is misleading, or makes claims you cannot support;
  • infringes the rights of others, including trademarks, copyright or privacy;
  • promotes malware, spam, credential theft, unlawful collection of personal data, fraud or any other unlawful activity;
  • is unrelated to the topic of the directory, or is otherwise harmful to our readers.

If we decline your listing before it is published, we refund you in full. If we remove a published placement, we refund the unused full months of your term pro rata. We may edit your materials for length, format and labeling, but we will not change their meaning without asking you.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your name, logo, description and link on Web Agents Stack and in our sponsor announcements during your term (and to display the Founding badge afterwards). You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund on request at any time before launch (or, for a category that opens later, before that category goes live); an automatic full refund if we are not live by November 19, 2026; a full refund if we decline your listing; and a pro rata refund of unused months if we shut down or remove your placement.

8. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices do not include taxes; you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding or similar taxes that apply to you. If you need an invoice with your company details, email us.

9. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please email info@webagentstack.dev first. We reply quickly and refund whenever our Refund Policy applies. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may pause your placement while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the placement ends; if it is decided in ours, the placement resumes for the rest of the term.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The directory and placements are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, and our total liability for any claim related to a Founding Slot is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your refund rights under these Terms and the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which PuraEco TR Events LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any legal proceeding, we both agree to try to resolve the issue informally by email for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved this way will be decided by the state or federal courts of that state, unless we both agree otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the day you paid applies to your purchase. Changes never reduce the refund guarantees or the placements you have already bought.

13. Other terms

You may not resell or transfer a Founding Slot without our written consent. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Founding Slots.
